At Moola Yoga, our 100-hour Advanced Teacher Training is designed specifically for yoga teachers who have already completed a 200- or 300-hour training—and are now seeking a deeper, more embodied understanding of the yogic path.
Rooted in the classical Ashtanga Yoga system of Sage Patanjali and enriched by the wisdom of traditional Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Krama, this immersive program is far more than a continuation of what you’ve already learned. It’s a space to reawaken your sadhana, refine your skill as a teacher, and reconnect with the subtle and spiritual roots of yoga.
Rather than revisiting the basics, this training meets you where you are as a practitioner and guide—offering advanced-level asana, philosophical depth, hands-on refinement, subtle body work, and Ayurvedic insight.
Whether you’re on the path to completing a 300-hour certification or simply called to return to study in an authentic, lineage-rooted environment, this training will help you teach—and live—with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Certification

Upon completion, you will receive a Yoga Alliance-recognized certificate for 100 hours of Continuing Education (YACEP) to support your ongoing professional development and personal growth.

COURSE DETAILS
– Advanced Hatha Yoga
– Ashtanga Vinyasa (daily practice of Primary Series)
– Vinyasa Krama (breath-based intelligent sequencing)
You’ll have two daily asana sessions combining traditional structure with modern precision. Ashtanga develops discipline and breath-movement connection; Hatha emphasizes strength, stillness, and subtle awareness; Vinyasa fosters creativity and intelligent flow.
Each session supports your personal evolution and prepares you to teach advanced practices with clarity and confidence.

Deepen your ability to see and feel the body in movement. You’ll explore:
Advanced alignment principles
Hands-on adjustment techniques
Use of props, verbal cues, and variations
Modifications for diverse bodies and injuries
These sessions will strengthen your teaching presence and give you the tools to guide others safely and intelligently in intermediate and advanced postures.
Alignment and adjustment
Anatomy and physiology
Move beyond theory. Learn how to:
Understand musculoskeletal structure in yoga
Prevent common injuries in dynamic classes
Adapt your teaching for different bodies and needs
Taught in an accessible and practical way, these classes help you bridge anatomical understanding with embodied teaching.

You’ll leave with a personal pranayama sadhana and confidence to integrate breathwork into your classes.
Go beyond basic mindfulness. You’ll be guided through:

Chidakasha Dharana (space of consciousness)
Passive and active meditation methods
These sessions deepen inner awareness and give you the tools to hold space for others' stillness and transformation.

Mantra Chanting and Shatkriya
Mantra chanting is woven into daily rhythm to refine inner vibration and focus.
Shatkriyas (yogic cleansing techniques) are introduced in a safe and accessible way to support physical and energetic purification.
You’ll explore both the science and the subtle power of these traditional practices.
Yoga philosophy
Go beyond surface-level knowledge. You’ll explore:
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (chanting + commentary)
Core teachings from the Bhagavad Gita
Introduction to Samkhya Philosophy — the metaphysical foundation of yoga
