I’ve just completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Moola Yoga in Rishikesh, and it was an absolutely beautiful, intense, and life-changing experience.
From the very beginning, Aayush and Rebecca were very supportive and kind. They always responded to my emails quickly and answered every question with patience and care. The organization was flawless, even the taxi from the airport was arranged by them and everything went smoothly.
When I arrived, I was welcomed with a clean and comfortable hotel room, and the hotel staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. The food was delicious, always freshly cooked, healthy, varied, and full of flavor.
The fire ceremony at the start of the training was truly special and deeply moving. From day one, everything was clearly explained to us, we received all the necessary course information, a printed schedule for the first week, and even a lovely goodie bag as a surprise gift.
The daily schedule was perfectly structured, with enough breaks and a great balance between theory and practice. We also had one excursions each week, which were organized and created such wonderful, unforgettable memories.
Of course, it was also a challenging and transformative time, both physically and emotionally. I reached my limits, but through that, I grew so much. I left the training feeling stronger, prouder, and incredibly grateful for everything I experienced.
A huge thank you to you Rebecca, Aayush and Aman, you are all so warm-hearted, passionate, motivated, kind, and open-minded. You were always there for us and created such a supportive and inspiring learning environment.
I’m beyond grateful that I got to complete my first teacher training with Moola Yoga. My expectations were exceeded in every way, and I wasn’t disappointed for a single moment. I would return to them anytime for another course and can wholeheartedly recommend Moola Yoga to anyone looking for an authentic and transformative yoga experience.Gianna Tuor

Wauw what a month! In October I completed the 200h yoga teacher training at Moola Yoga with Rebecca and Aayush. It has been a month of hard work, learning so much more then I could have ever imagined and practicing in an uplifting and supportive environment. All which made me deepen my understanding of what yoga truly is and who I am.
Considering Rebecca and Aayush are the founders of the school and main teachers it really shows their deep passion for yoga and sharing all their knowledge. From day one I was very impressed with their knowledge, passion and talent for teaching yoga which can be hard to wrap your head around if you are just starting to learn about it. The courses were well structured and were taught in a clear manner. There was a lot of interaction between teacher and student which created an amazing learning environment.
The accomodation was very comfortable, sweet staff members and the view from the rooftop was perfect to watch the busy city of Rishikesh from a little distance.
Every week there was an excursions of which going to the Aarti might have been my favourite! There is just nothing like it, people coming together at the ganga and performing rituals.
Overall Rishikesh is a beautiful and special place where you feel spirituality everywhere. On our days of on Sunday we were able to explore the many cafes, markets and admire all the cows ;) there is a strong community feeling in Rishikesh so meeting and talking to interesting people in the street or at cafes is part of daily life.
Thank you so much for guiding us through the past month, it’s only the beginning! Now that I’m back home I can all ready feel that this experience has changed me and my life in every way, so thank you and hopefully we will meet again ❤️❤️❤️❤️Cecilia Capozzi

My experience at Moola Yoga in Rishikesh was nothing short of life-changing. The teachers were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and inspiring, sharing their wisdom with so much passion and care. They created a nurturing space for learning and self-discovery that I will always cherish.
The accommodations were perfect—clean, comfortable, meals were delicious and the staff were amazing.
Rishikesh itself—a place of pure magic. Surrounded by the majestic Himalayas and the serene Ganges River, the energy here is indescribable.
I cannot recommend Moola Yoga enough for anyone looking to deepen their practice and connect with yoga on a profound level. This journey exceeded all my expectations, and I’m forever grateful.Kelli Alley

I did the 200hour Yoga Teacher Training at Moola Yoga School and can highly recommend it! I learned a lot about Yoga. I deepened my understanding of my body, mind and soul. It helped me push and grow, more than I thought. Aayush and Rebecca are both amazing, compassionate Yoga Teachers, they really know what they do.
The Location of the Yoga school is very central, with a nice rooftop and its quiet at night. This experience has changed me, in a good way and I will always be grateful for it.

Coming from Austria, the 200hr YTTC with Moola Yoga was an incredibly enriching experience. I discovered parts of myself that deeply supported my personal growth, and even uncovered passions I never knew I had. For this, I am endlessly grateful.
The peaceful accommodation, close to the main road yet quiet, was perfect. The Indian food was delicious, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful vegan options. The hotel staff were always kind and welcoming.
The bright, open yoga shala—with props always available—felt like a sacred space we could return to anytime.
The cultural experiences, especially the Aarti ceremony and the sunrise temple visit, were true highlights. They deepened not only my understanding of Indian spirituality but also the bond within our group, turning strangers into friends.Stefanie Gong

I just finished my online pranayama teacher training and could not be more happy to have done it with Aaayush and his yoga school. Aaayush as a teacher combines deep knowledge, with so much passion and patience. He does not rush through things but is highly interested in really supporting you to rather integrate your pranayama practice than rather just concerning about the certificate. His way of teaching is just calming and supportive, brining across the essence of the most important concepts rather than just flushing students with too much information. In general the structure of the course really helps you to develop your own practice and combine it with theoretical insights. with the online videos you can go your own pace during the week and on the weekends we combined live practices with theory classes where Aayush was always very interested in hearing about our experiences. He was often challenging us in observing ourselves and really going deep. Thank you for emobdying what you teach, dear Aaayush.. I can highly recommend this course.

Aayush is an incredible teacher. He is patient yet encouraging, and has a great eye for detail. He helps beginners find their balance, breath and strength within, but also pushes his advanced students to a point that everyone excels in his classes no matter their level. His own determination to personally advance in his practice is infectious and encourages his students to succeed inside and outside that shala. I highly recommend Aayush for his vast knowledge, his meticulous skills and his positive teaching style.

Aayush is both a dedicated teacher and student. His own practice is closely observed and woven into his teaching style. The teachings combine the mental, physical and spirit, stemming from the curiosity of his personal practice. He understands that discipline is freedom and is devoted not only to his practice but to himself. I am so grateful for having the chance to learn from Aayush who will change the loves of many through his own exploration.

I have really been enjoying my private 1:1 classes with Rebecca. After completing her Calm the Mind programme, the next natural step was to continue learning more with her guidance. Her teaching style is professional, clear and encouraging and our sessions are always tailored to meet my personal needs. She always makes sure my practice is safe by checking in regularly during the session, giving feedback and providing corrections where needed. She provides the right level of challenge for where my asana practice is currently and I always feel as though I'm improving. The most important part is that I feel more in tune with my body due the sessions and I can incorporate everything I'm learning into my own daily yoga practice. own daily yoga practice.

Aayush could answer almost any question. We were motivated and made us small Yoga Teachers. I'd have a training with him anytime again.

I learned and practiced with Aayush during my 200hr teacher training. I totally believe that I was very fortunate enough to do so. Aayush is a very experienced yoga teacher and practitioner. He is very calm, understanding and patient with his students. It's under his guidance that I understood the foundations and roots for maintaining my daily yoga practice. he also has a wide knowledge on yoga philosophy and theory. Apart from Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, he also taught us anatomy and Yoga adjustments. He is a really good orator and has good communication skills. his work ethic, team work, management and participation outside the class hours is equally commendable and inspirational.

I'm very happy to have connected with Rebecca and to take classes with her, which brought me back to a more regular Yoga practice that I had paused from for some time. Rebecca is very attentive and focused on what feels best for her student's physical but also mental development. I always feel refreshed and calmed after her teaching. Thankful to have her as a Yoga teacher!!

I took Yoga classes with teacher Rebecca. I started going every weekend, then I started taking private lessons. These classes were transformative, I had a lot of anxiety and panic attacks but after talking to her, we started practicing breathing techniques that helped me a lot, my panick attacks practically stopped. Rebecca is very attentive, I couldn't have chosen a better teacher. I will definitely continue Yoga and I hope to take several courses with her. I just loved it. Thakyou very much for all your attention and care.

Rebecca is a wonderful yoga teacher. I immediately feel calm in her presence and her classes feel so nourishing and spacious, even if I just practice for 30 minutes with her. I have been practicing with Rebecca every weekday morning for a few weeks now. My intention is to create a morning routine that I’m excited to get out of bed for and that sets me up for the day feeling calm, centred and positive. I feel like I float out of Rebecca’s classes into the rest of my day! She is encouraging, supportive, attentive, and is always suggesting little adjustments that could be important for my body type. She is also totally willing to meet me where I am at and adjust the class to how I’m feeling on the day. I love all of it - the more challenging postures, the gentler restorative yoga, the breathwork, the meditation. The variety is wonderful and I feel like I’m meeting my goal of finding more space and deepening my self-awareness and connection. I totally recommend Rebecca… she is the best yoga teacher I’ve ever practiced with!

This meditation course really helped me to build up a solid foundation for my practice. Aayush gives very clear and detailed instructions, suggestions and a lot of space for your own experience. The course is very day-to-day-life friendly and easy to organize and practice along to during the week. All questions are welcome. It gave me a new perception, a deeper understanding on what meditation is and it showed me how different my expectations on meditation were before the course. Thanks a lot Aayush!

I met Rebecca during my travels in Nepal. After one week of open drop-in classes, I started to work with her in daily private sessions as well. Rebecca is a very dedicated and passionate teacher. She is highly professional and leads you through every pose, providing precise details on alignment and adjustments. Her lessons are very pure and well structured from the first Om to the last. It was a great pleasure to practice with her.

Absolutely loved the course! Everything prepared till every tiny detail.
All reading materials, theory lectures and recordings of the sessions.. You’re always welcomed to ask any question, getting to know more. Besides that the variety of practices is very impressive, it’s not just physical exercise! Rebecca was also doing breathing techniques, guided meditation and journaling with us, taught us a lot about those.
The program really made my mind calm, helped me with my anxiety, as some practices I’ve been doing at stressful moments on my own as well. Rebecca‘s voice and attention to detail while teaching made all the practices very relaxing and complete, she describes every little detail so during practice you never confused if you should do this or that, all possible actions during asana are taken care of and you can just dissolve.
I’m a big fan, those are honestly best yoga classes I’ve taken.

I had my first yoga class with Rebecca about a year ago and I was immediately impressed by her!
She is an incredibly good yoga teacher, with a wealth of knowledge and always puts her heart and soul into her work. Rebecca knows how to empathise with people and somehow always manages to adapt the class to personal needs - even if it's a group class.
And what can I say: I've never felt as comfortable doing yoga anywhere as I do with Rebecca.
So it was clear to me that I absolutely had to take part in the Yoga: Calm the mind programme.
I learnt so much about the different categories of yoga and about myself. I could never have imagined the extent of this beforehand.
Learning which type of yoga helps me in which situation and how good it is to write everything down is simply worth so much!
I loved everything about the programme, but if I had to pick one thing, it would be the short theory sequences that made me dive much deeper into yoga. I will definitely be following this up in the future as I took so much away with me.

I had the pleasure to have classes with Rebecca during my journey while in Pokhara, Nepal. I'm glad I found her as she is such a great teacher and human being...you feel her good energy, soothing the experience, and making my Yoga time the best! She knows how to tailor the class according to your level, experience and needs. Even though I'm also a certified Yoga teacher, it was lovely to be led and cared by her...very special indeed!

I took some classes with Rebecca and it was the first time I tried Yoga in my life. it was so nice, Rebecca was paying so much attention to me and to be sure I was in the good posture so that I couldn't have any injuries. She knew I was new and adapt her classes to every student and every level. So all together, I had something like 10 hours of classes, and I have seen a huge improvement. She is really nice and calm, and she is always helping you with adjustments, so it was a pleasure to follow her classes. I liked it so much and after that I did a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training.

I loved how calm and easy going Rebecca is! Not even once I felt awkward or embarrassed or weird. She's super calm and just beams rays of positivity! I loved working with her and definitely will continue having meditation classes with her because of how soothing her voice sounds. I am glad my first Yoga interaction was with her. I learned so much and I can use some practices when in need!

I attended the 50-hour Pranayama & Breathwork course at Moola Yoga and highly recommend it! The course is very well structured and offers a great balance between theory and practice. I learned many new breathing techniques and practiced their correct execution. The first teaching experiences in two classes (15 and 30 minutes) were particularly valuable, allowing me to directly apply what I had learned.
Aayush, Rebecca, and Aman possess a wealth of knowledge and share it with great enthusiasm. An inspiring and enriching experience! 🙏

The 50 hours Pranayama&Breathwork teacher training I did at Moola Yoga was very eye opening, I came to this training not knowing too much and I ended it with immense inspiration, knowledge, discipline and I want to say a big thank you to the teachers Aayush, Rebecca and Aman. This course is very valuable if you want to dive deeper into the powerful tool and wisdom of breath.

I came to Moola yoga for the 100 hour yoga teacher training with the intention of deepening my physical practice, but I came out with so much more. Rebecca, Aayush and Aman are all phenomenal teachers. They are extremely knowledgeable, authentic and show a real passion for teaching. They fostered an open and interactive learning environment where I felt very supported in my spiritual, emotional and physical growth. Completing my 100 hour yoga teacher training with Moola was an invaluable experience that I would recommend for anyone considering further exploration of yoga. It’s a magical journey ✨

I just finished a 200h course with Moola Yoga. I highly recommend this school to people who want to get deeper into the traditional knowledge of yoga.
The teachers Ayuush and Rebecca are very grounded, knowledgeable people, who are teaching with all of their heart. Also Aman and Doctor Harsh are very passionate teachers. I felt very safe and understood throughout the course. Three weeks flew by in a blink. There is so much information to process, besides that they also encourage you to dive deeper inwards by journaling or having silent breakfast. This is not something they oblige at all but we decided to do it and it really opened more doors towards getting closer to knowing your true self. I am very inspired to continue this journey, of which I got a small glimpse now but there’s still an immense sea of information that i have yet to discover.
Also the location I found very pleasant. It is at the other side of the river, a bit higher on the hill. You wake up with a magnificent view on the river and over the hills. It also gives more inner peace and less distraction since you are more separated from the chaos of the city, this invites to go more inwards.
The food they serve is also very good and tasty.
Thank you so much for everything Ayush, Rebecca, Aman and Dr Harsh! 💚🌱☀️Camilla Degelin

I just completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Moola Yoga. It’s been a beautiful, deep, and at moments challenging experience. Before arriving here, I carried a certain idea of what I thought yoga is. In the West, many things are labelled as “yoga,” but most barely touch the depths of what it really is. I came to India to experience and learn what yoga truly is in its traditional form.
Throughout the training we covered a wide range of topics: Indian philosophy, asana alignment, anatomy, Ayurveda, pranayama, and more. I learned so much and at the same time realised how big these subjects really are. There is a lifetime of study ahead!
Following a structured routine for three weeks supported me in a way I didn’t expect. Self-discipline showed me how deeply the nervous system responds to predictability and rhythm. You don’t spend energy deciding when to eat or how to organise your day, everything is carefully arranged. Each week brings a new schedule, creating a sense of stability.
The entire training is designed to guide you inward. It creates an environment where you can meet your inner world honestly: noticing your conditioning, sharpening your awareness and discovering parts of yourself. It becomes a beautiful journey of self-inquiry.
And beyond all of that, the course opened doors to existential questions that stirred something in me: What is life? How is it created? Who are we beneath our layers? What is consciousness? What is our purpose?
Some days it felt like my worldview turned upside down completely!
I highly recommend this training with super knowledgeable and passionate teachers.
The location is so beautiful in the hills of Rishikesh, with amazing views on the Ganges and mountains ✨⛰️
Thank you Rebecca, Ayush, Aman and Dr. Harsh for this wonderful experience. I will be forever grateful 🙏Gaëlle Deberdt
