Welcome to Moola Yoga Teacher Training School, located in the Yoga Capital of the world, Rishikesh, India. Moola Yoga is Founded by Aayush Sharma and Rebecca Wood and rooted in traditional Yogic principles and practices. It is the natural outcome of living, learning and practicing the Yogic lifestyle together.
Moola = ‘root’ / ‘source’ in Sanskrit. This name has been carefully chosen for our school to convey our dedication to authenticity in the message of Yoga. It also symbolises our aim to provide a strong foundation for a lifelong journey in yoga.
At Moola Yoga, we enthusiastically welcome students from all over the world, honouring each individual with love and respect while celebrating diverse yogic traditions and lineages. Our dedicated Teachers are eager to share their knowledge, offering a solid grounding in theory, practice, and teaching.
