Aayush’s journey into yoga began at a young age, inspired by ancient texts that intertwined meditation with a deeper understanding of the practice. He fully embraced the physical aspects of Ashtanga Yoga at the age of 13, studying in Mysore and learning from some of the most respected yogis in the field, which deepened his dedication to the discipline.
His path led him from his village near Delhi to the yoga capital of Rishikesh, where he committed himself to mastering the art of yoga, living, studying, assisting and teaching in YTTC's until present. As a teacher, Aayush passionately carries the message of yoga, encouraging students to build confidence in their practice. His approach focuses on inviting students to self-assess and witness their experiences, ultimately guiding them on a journey of finding the self.

Rebecca is a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher, specialising in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, as well as Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and alignment and adjustments.
She first trained and began teaching in the Himalayan mountains of Nepal, deeply immersing herself in the traditional roots of yoga. Since then, she has shared her teachings internationally, bringing with her the authenticity and depth of her Himalayan foundation.
Rebecca’s teaching is rooted in experience rather than instruction — she believes in guiding students to discover answers within themselves, rather than simply being told what to do. She believes that each moment, both on and off the mat, is an opportunity to cultivate awareness and live with greater consciousness saying ‘‘Yoga is life, not a moment’’.
Alongside her husband and co-founder, Aayush, Rebecca continues to live, learn, and teach yoga with passion and devotion.
