Welcome to our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course

Our comprehensive YTTC curriculum covers asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, alignment, adjustment, Yoga Nidra and ample time for teaching practice. By the end of the course, you will be able to sequence & teach your own classes by applying knowledge and your own creativity.
