Moola Yoga Teacher Training School is located in the heart of Rishikesh, also known as the birth place of Yoga.

We are Situated in the foothills of the Himalayas, just a short walk from the Holy River Ganga, our school offers a calm, quiet and inspiring environment for practice.

Immersed in culture, surrounded by mountains, there’s something different in the air at Moola Yoga Rishikesh.

ACOMMODATION AT MOOLA YOGA

All our rooms are bright, modern, and spacious, featuring private bathrooms, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and ample storage. Housekeeping is provided every three days, along with fresh bath towels.

Each room is equipped with hot showers, a mini fridge, and a kettle to make your stay comfortable and homely.

Students can enjoy freshly prepared meals in our dining area, relax at the rooftop café, or unwind by the swimming pool and garden. Our spacious yoga hall offers a peaceful space for practice while open up to beautiful views of the Ganga and the surrounding greenery.

YOGA SHALA

Our spacious, light and bright rooftop Yoga shala is the perfect place to practice and learn.

Our Shala is equipped with mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets for our students to use.

FOOD

All of our meals are 100% vegetarian, nutritious and fresh. We also cater for Vegans.

We provide three full meals every day and herbal tea which you can enjoy with mountain & Ganga views.
