The Yoga Nidra Immersion

A 40-Hour Online Teacher Training in Deep Rest & Energetic Awakening

A Yoga Alliance recognised course

This is not just a course.
It’s an immersion into the subtle realms of yogic sleep, sankalpa, and inner stillness.

Learn to guide Yoga Nidra not as a script—but as a sacred energetic journey.
A deep initiation into the heart of conscious rest—not as a relaxation technique, but as a spiritual process of inner awakening.

You won’t just learn how to guide Yoga Nidra—you’ll become a vessel for it.
Through ritual practice, kosha awareness, and subtle inner work, you’ll embody the energetics of yogic rest and lead others from lived stillness.

Perfect for yoga teachers, guides, and space-holders seeking to transmit the power of rest with integrity, clarity, and depth.

Included in the course

  • Core Teachings (Pre-recorded Library)

We begin and end in sacred space—with silence, sankalpa, and reflection. This isn’t a box to check—it’s a process to honour.

What Will Awaken Through This Immersion

Kosha-Based Awareness
Learn to guide others through the layers of the self—body, breath, mind, intuition, and bliss—using the kosha model as a practical map for presence and depth.

Sankalpa with Integrity
Understand sankalpa as more than an affirmation. Discover how to anchor meaningful direction within the practice, rooted in self-awareness and clarity.

The Structure of Deep Rest
Break down the stages of the Yoga Nidra journey—how each phase supports nervous system regulation, mental release, and meditative absorption.

Mastering Pratyahara
Develop the inner sensitivity to guide students toward sense withdrawal—turning awareness inward as a gateway to stillness and deep rest.

Presence Over Performance
Cultivate the capacity to hold grounded, calm, and energetically clear space. Learn to guide from presence—not from persona or performance.

Rest as Inner Work
Use the practice to reconnect with your own nervous system, restore mental clarity, and access insight through intentional stillness.

Teaching from Experience
Go beyond scripts. Learn to lead from your own embodiment of the practice—refined through repetition, inner work, and lived understanding.

Course Instructor

Aayush Sharma

ERYT 500 & YACEP

Aayush’s journey into yoga began at a young age, inspired by ancient texts that intertwined meditation with a deeper understanding of the practice. He fully embraced the physical aspects of Ashtanga Yoga at the age of 13, studying in Mysore and learning from some of the most respected yogis in the field, which deepened his dedication to the discipline.

His path led him from his village near Delhi to the yoga capital of Rishikesh, where he committed himself to mastering the art of yoga, living, studying, assisting and teaching in YTTC's until present. As a teacher, Aayush passionately carries the message of yoga, encouraging students to build confidence in their practice. His approach focuses on inviting students to self-assess and witness their experiences, ultimately guiding them on a journey of finding the self.

“My teaching focuses on finding one’s true nature by exploring different corners of the mind and body through practice and cultivating a formless & warrior mindset that enables you to overcome difficulties and grow.”
