A Yoga Alliance recognised course
Why study Hatha Yoga in Rishikesh
This 50-Hour Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is created for yoga students, teachers, and sincere practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding of Hatha Yoga as a complete path. Rooted in classical teachings, the training offers a focused immersion into asana, pranayama, meditation, kriyas, bandhas, mudras, and the philosophy of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
Held in a quiet riverside setting, the course supports stillness, simplicity, and inner awareness. Daily practice is complemented by alignment, practical anatomy, satsang, and a light, sattvic yogic diet.
This is not a retreat, but a practice-rich, tradition-rooted training—supporting both the refinement of teaching and a deepening of personal practice.
Establish a strong and sustainable personal Hatha Yoga practice, grounded in discipline, awareness, and lived experience
Practice and understand the foundations of classical Hatha Yoga, including asana, pranayama, kriyas, meditation, bandhas, and mudras
Gain a clear understanding of yogic anatomy—prana, nadis, and chakras—and how they inform practice
Apply alignment, adjustments, and practical anatomy to support safety, longevity, and individual body types
Learn to integrate philosophy from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika into daily practice and teaching
Skillfully apply bandhas and mudras to deepen the physical and energetic aspects of Hatha Yoga
Develop the ability to sequence and guide complete Hatha Yoga practices with clarity and confidence
Refine your capacity to teach Traditional Hatha Yoga safely and authentically, or build a strong foundation as a beginner
Cultivate a consistent daily sadhana and leave with the tools to sustain practice beyond the training
