Practise preparatory movements and postures that build towards the peak pose
Explore ways to adapt the sequence for beginners and more experienced students
Work through progressions and variations commonly used in peak-pose classes
Create balance through appropriate counterposes and closing sequences
Build a complete peak-pose class from beginning to end
Leave with a simple framework you can apply to any peak posture you wish to teach
Confidently navigate mixed-level classes by knowing when to offer the peak posture and when to encourage students to remain with a variation.
